Mission Accomplished
It's been 5 years since George Bush's famous "Mission Accomplished" speech--5 years in which the number of dead in Iraq has skyrocketed, the billions we've paid to the likes of Blackwater, Halliburton, KBR and Bechtel have ballooned, and terrorists are stronger worldwide.
At least George is now officially the most unpopular president in the history of polling. Took awhile, but it's something.
What do you mean by the "likes of...." These companies help build infrastructure and important projects for your country. Continue living in your dream world you stupid idiot. Without these companies your country would be nowhere.

I notice papadoc doesn't have a link to let anyone know who he is--probably not actually Papadoc Duvalier, disgraced former dictator of Haiti. Plus, he's immediately insulting, not the best way to approach an argument.
But to address the meat of the argument--no, I don't think Blackwater is building infrastructure or important projects for my country. I think Blackwater is a mercenary company intent on privatizing tasks that should rightfully be done by the military we're already paying for, and reaping hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to do it. I also think Halliburton and KBR have taken war profiteering, which used to be considered treasonous, to new heights, performing substandard work for outrageous prices on open-ended contracts they never would have been granted had it not been for their friends in high places.
So if you're a big believer in those companies, fine. I don't know what country you're from, but apparently not mine, from the phrasing of your e-mail. I suggest you do some research into those companies before you spout off anonymously on other people's blogs.
